EnviroSense public project brief released

A controlled pilot connecting environmental measurements with approved benchmarks, quality review, corrective action and objective verification.

Project synopsis

EnviroSense is an IPAC-led digital system designed to strengthen environmental safety surveillance in healthcare facilities. It brings measurement, review, action and verification into a single closed-loop process rather than treating environmental readings as isolated observations.

Core workflow

Measurement → benchmark assessment → QA/QC → corrective action → verification → closure → reporting.

Phase 1 demonstrated the feasibility of monitoring HVAC and air-quality parameters, including air changes per hour, room pressure differential, airflow direction, temperature and relative humidity. Broader environmental modules remain subject to institutional validation and governance approval.

The public project brief explains the design and implementation logic without disclosing sensitive institutional data.
