Dr Elgujja’s work connects constitutional accountability, patient safety and responsible digital governance. He combines legal research with more than two decades of healthcare experience and implementation practice.
He serves at King Saud University Medical City in Riyadh and is a Visiting Scholar at Al-Ansar University, Maiduguri.
