His scholarship examines how legal principles of responsibility, fairness, human dignity, professional judgment and public accountability should respond to emerging technologies. Across healthcare law, AI governance, data protection and constitutional reform, his work seeks frameworks that are rigorous, ethically defensible and capable of practical implementation.
